Avoid submitting unlawful, harmful, or unethical content
LyonRS AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate projects that violate laws, ethical standards, or these Terms.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All client data, materials, and project details are treated as confidential.
We do not disclose client data to unauthorized third parties
All workforce members operate under confidentiality obligations
Project-specific NDAs may apply where required
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement.

7. Payment & Pricing

Payments must be made according to agreed terms
Late payments may result in service suspension

AI training outcomes depend on data quality and project scope
We do not guarantee specific AI model performance results
Revisions are handled according to project agreements

Promote harm, abuse, or illegal activities

10. Limitation of Liability
